David Tinoco Cacho
David Tinoco Cacho was born in Seville (Spain) in 1999. He started his studies with Lucian Ciorata at the Academy of the Barenboim-Said Foundation.
He has also studied with professors such as Dorin Marc, Janne Saksala, Wies de Boevé or Matthew McDonald. He has played with orchestra on stages such as Concertgebouw Amsterdam, Royal Albert Hall, Konzerthaus Berlin or Elbphilharmonie Hamburg.
In addition to this, he has participated in the International Music Festival "Al-Bustan" in Beirut (Lebanon) in 2017. He has been directed by great conductors like Juanjo Mena, Pablo Heras Casado, Gianandrea Noseda, Andrés Orozco, Zubin Mehta, Vasily Petrenko among others. He has played with numerous orchestras, such as the Symphony Orchestra of Seville, Spanish Radio and Television Symphony Orchestra, orchestras of Córdoba and Extremadura.
He is currently a member of the EUYO since 2018. He is currently finishing bachellor’s degree with Duncan McTier and Toni García Araque in the Double Bass Chair of the Reina Sofía School of Music and receiving lessons in Barenboim Said Academy from Nabil Shehata.
